go to my computer properties > device manager and click on webcam driver and click roll back drivers and then ok then try your webcam is ok then ... thanks
I have found that they aren't updating their drivers for camcorders that aren't still being made. You can check their website at "http://www.jvc.com/support/index.jsp" for any updates and help that you may need. I hope this helps.
windows 7 is not a supported OS for your laptop, however if you mange to install it and it is running fine, you may wanna give it a try to the winvista camera driver it is the closest match that you can get here is the link : Acer Aspire 5610-4648 camera driver
Apparently Umax has decided to not make a driver for Windows 7, or they are way behind. At the moment there appears to be NO Windows 7 driver for this scanner.
