Unfortunately the motherboard you have isn't supported in Windows 7. It looks like some have been able to get it to work, see this forum.

That will help get the Win7 disc and the audio driver is available only from your laptop manufacturers web site.

go to my computer properties > device manager and click on webcam driver and click roll back drivers and then ok then try your webcam is ok then ... thanks

I have found that they aren't updating their drivers for camcorders that aren't still being made. You can check their website at "http://www.jvc.com/support/index.jsp" for any updates and help that you may need. I hope this helps.

You will need a driver software of your camera which is compatible with Windows 7.

windows 7 is not a supported OS
for your laptop, however if you mange to install it
and it is running fine, you may wanna give it a try
to the winvista camera driver
it is the closest match that you can get

Apparently Umax has decided to not make a driver for Windows 7, or they are way behind. At the moment there appears to be NO Windows 7 driver for this scanner.
