If, when turned off and plugged in, the indicator light is red, the battery is low. If the light is purple, the charge is medium. If it's blue, the charge is high. Good luck.

Is this my 600 LMT Navman already charged in build or have to charge from computer?

Best to charge unit from Mains or Computer USB, then you know it's fully charged. Navman has charge in battery but you need to fully charge it yourself , then you know where you are.

I just bought a NFL sports armor powerbank, no instructions, so I want to know if I have to charge it first before using it&how will I know if it's charging or when it's charged

Yes, you have to charge it before using it. Probably there will be a red light somewhere on the power bank while it is charging that should turn green or blue once it is completely charged.

I lost my cobra cxt227 manuals but I need to charge them. Do I charge them with the units on or off? How do I know they are charging?

You're best to charge them powered off. It's healthier for the batteries. Just put them on the charger and give them about 12 hours of uninterupted charging time.

How do you know when your mp3 player is fully charged

That would depend on the make and model of the player. I know my MP3 player is fully charged when the battery gauge shows all green.

Cannot find manual.need to know how to charge camera

You can download it from JVC's site: http://support.jvc.com/consumer/product.jsp?modelId=MODL027544&pathId=12&page=1&archive=true

Don't know this particular model, but most cameras will charge battery only if they are switched off.
