SOURCE: Power button Flashes

Good Day, you all;

The front panel light on Hitachi TV does not really tell you much. To see what the TV is doing or better said NOT doing is remove back from the set.

If you are not a technical type person, it would be better to consult an authorized service center, but if you are perform this; 1. Remove back
2. Observe led and notice which once light, there are as many as 9 LED's.

Now that will tell you what area of the TV's circuits are to be concerned about.

Let me know, Good Luck, big IRISH.

Have a nx1932w; worked fine until this morning; turn on the monitor (using it as tv) the logo is in black and white and it says no signal - can't even get menu button to work.

the most common problem with LCDs today is failing electrolytic capacitors, especially in the power supply section. Look for bulging, leaking, blown or missing capacitors and replace them.

Someone must open it and check voltages on the power supply board as the first step.

I have the amp hooked up and the power light comes on, but there is no power going to my subs.

Check your gains. Make sure they are not turned down all the way. Are you getting audio to the amp. Use an MP3 player with a headphone to RCA cable directly into the amp to make sure your getting sound. Check the speaker wire to the subs. Make sure they didn't get disconnected moving the box around.

Try this (may not work):

1. UNPLUG power from TV at wall outlet.

Hope this works!
