Counter Strike Hack error

hello,my problem is... when i download counter strike hack like 'super simple wall aka SSW ' then i want to extract it but it say ... ' Cannot Execute '' C:\DOCUME~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX009.797\SSW v5.6\SSWv5.6exe'' so i go this folder and delete it,then i download SSW again,but then,it say again cannot execute and i go the folder again,it have again the SSWv5.6exe ...................HELP ME!!!
