My you tube keeps stopping and starting.i was watching avideo and about every 2-3 seconds it stops why

This can be caused when trying to access YouTube during peak times. Also can be caused by too much bandwidth being used in your area or just a slow internet connection. Could also be malware on your machine causing slowing of internet. possibly faulty wireless card, router, modem. Bad Sound/Noise ratios as well. lots of possibilities. more than likely top two though.

I can install the games, but when I try and play them I get an app crash error and the computer kicks me out of the game. It will not even load the title screen. Please help. I'm using windows 7

This is due to that the game you are trying to play has an crashed file in its runtime environment. This pack of game will never work on any computer and with any type of operating system. You need to buy a new pack of game which has complete and right files. Sometimes game packs have missing files in their installation environment but some have corrupted files in their runtime environment. It happens during the writing of pack to disk when the installation pack is not original. Try to get the original pack or disk from a well known shop.

First I downloaded IGI 2 from torrentz.after i installed IGI 2 and when i trying to play they ask please insert disk 1 select ok and restart application.this is a downloaded game. therefore i dont have...

This is because the game has not been cracked. Usually in the torrent file there should be a crack for the game. You have to run this crack to enable you play the game. Check the downloaded folder and there should be a folder or an executable file there which can be used to crack it. Take a look at it and run this file. After running this file it should work properly without asking for any disc.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

I have windows 7. When i try to play Nancy Drew: Danger by design a box pops up requesting i insert disc 1. There is only one disc! It seems to work ok on windows xp. Ca you suggest anything to make it...

From the Nancy Drew web site:

Windows Vista/7 Support Installing older games (#1-13) with Windows Vista/7.
While our older games are not completely Windows Vista/7 compliant (notably games #1-13), there is a workaround which has been successful for most players. Please take the following steps to manually install.
If you had previously installed, uninstall the game and then delete all remaining game file folders from your computer, including emptying them out of your Recycle Bin. These files may be in one of the following locations:
C:\Nancy Drew\
C:\Program Files\Nancy Drew\
In your Documents folder: C:\Users\Username\Documents\
Once this is done, make sure you're logged on as an Administrator for your computer and manually install by taking the following steps:
1. Go to your "Documents" folder and create a new folder. Rename the folder with the title of the game.
2. Insert game Disk 1 in your disk drive and open "Computer" from the "Start" menu.
3. Double-click on your CD-Rom/DVD drive, look for a Setup or Setup Launcher Installshield file. Double-click this file to start the installation process.
4. When install asks what directory you want your game to install to, click "Browse".
5. Navigate to the game folder you created by selecting "C:" drive, then "Users" (or User name), then "Documents", then select the game folder.
6. Continue forward with the installation process, when asked if you want to install DirectX, check "No, I will install myself".
7. Upon completion, uncheck the "Play Now" box, click finish and exit setup.
For game titles #1-5, follow these three additional steps:
1. Right-click the game icon that is now on your desktop, select "Properties".
2. Under "Properties", click on the "Compatibility" tab.
3. Check the "Run in Compatibility Mode" box and then select "Windows 98/Me" from the drop-down menu.
You should now be able to open and play the game. If you installed an older version of DirectX with the game, please go to Microsoft's Download Center to download and install the latest version of DirectX for your version of Windows.

Computer crashes while playing games

try update your VGA drivers in the nvidia support page, or using software "drivers detective" or etc.
if its not work, u have to check your video card, maybe overheat..
or u can try to format your OS, it can be some support files are missing or corrupted....
or the last one, your VGA card is broken or maybe does not compatible with the motherboard u used...check the specification of it, whether the game, VGA, or motherboard u used

Again WINDOWS ME

Click Start, click Run, type MSCONFIG (hit enter), click the button labeled “Extract File…” For the name of the file you want to restore, type EGA.CPI. Restore from your Windows Millennium CD (if your CD is your D: drive, type: D:\WIN9X). Save File In: C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND. (Found that in msconfig (international) pointing to display data file
c:\windows\command file EGA.CPI).
