In general the bike will run very badly. Hard to start, bad fuel consumption, no power when accelerating.
Can you see the injector when you look at the bike?
A simple test is to listen to the injector. Use a extra long flat blade screwdriver. With the engine running, **Carefully** put the screwdriver blade against the body of the injector. Put your ear on the other end. Your should hear a ticking noise like a watch. If the injector is Good it will tick very quickly and evenly. If it is Bad it will be uneven and not smooth. Only if you you can *safely* raise the back wheel off the ground you can Gently twist the accelerator a SMALL amount to listen at a faster engine speed.
**Keep your hands and loose clothing away from the drive belt and rear wheel at ALL times**
Check firstly if al wire connections are secure and tight. Might just be a loose wire. If the wires are secure check if blade rotate freely by disconnecting the machine from live ( unplug the machine at the wall socket) and rotate (spin) the blade to see if it rotates freely. If the brushes are gone you will hear a typical blow torch sound and see lots of sparks/blue light through the cooling vents of the motor
Either one or both of your blades need sharpened or replaced. As a rule you can replace the bottom one yourself if you are at all mechanical or are careful. You can buy a blade for your machine at a local sewing machine dealer that handles your brand of machine or go on ebay and type your make and model into the search box in sewing machine category.
Blades get dull or sometimes you might run into a pin or you may have tried to cut too heavy of material.
You can test the machine first by laying a couple strands of thread between the blades and rotate the hand wheel in the the proper direction (look at the arrow on your hand wheel). If the blades don't cut the threads cleanly, you can be certain this is your problem.
check inside the cover of the saw and there should be a decal with the saw length and width for the machine
the number of teeth on the band will depend on the material being cut
failing that run a tape measure around the wheels and the length will be that with probably less 5 mm to allow to tension adjust, ment
My jet bandsaw did same thing only fix was new tires .Tires are supposed to be tite on wheel .get wood dowels between tire and wheel and roll new tire onto wheel. If desperate could glue on with weather strip adhesive.put bandsaw blade on both tires spin wheels with power off till blade is running in center of wheel by adjusting top wheel in or out. When done adjust blade guides to blade and bearings to back of blade .This is top and bottom of cutting area
It sounds like the upper wheel is tilted out and what happens is the blade will drift outward. What you need to do is power off the unit, open up the upper and lower wheel doors, find the adjustment knob on the back of the upper wheel, and adjust this while spinning the wheel by hand.
The blade needs to be on the machine when you do this and do not try to make this adjustment with the power on. Make small adjustments till the blade tracks in the center of the upper and lower wheel.
NOTE: Prior to re-elignment, make sure the tension on the blade is set to the correct tension. This will differ depending on the blade thickness. You want the blade to be tight, but don't over tighten the blade because this could cause wear or even cause the blade to snap when using the bandsaw.
without looking at the belts i will tell you that the wheels on most mowers only come in a few sizes and are made by just one or two companies. so find a mower or small engine repair shop in the phone book and go get some new wheels and bearings from them. makes it easy if you take an old one with you. while you are there run the belt issue past them and maybe they can give you some guidance.
yes u have to now replace the blower fan housing u may be able to take apart and remove broken piece byt may not run properly or circulate heat and air as it suppose to
sounds like you should replace timer (big control) timer motor is part of timer. Is timer knob speeding thru cycle that fast or just start/stop. 110 is manufacturer code for whirlpool, number after decimal is model number. tech sheet avail inside console by unsnapping left and right console covers and removing hidden screw at front bottom corners, pull forward slightly then fold console back (hinged at rear top).
manula thta sj=hows for 28 203F does not match. It shows a larger machine
