Question about Posiflex Jiva 5800 All-In-One (tp5815r2w2k) Network Terminal
I AM HAVING A PROBLEM THAT AFTER TURNING ON THE JIVA POSIFLEX TOUCH SCREEN TERMINAL IN SEVRAL MINUTES IT DEEMS DOWN AND IT BECOMES A SCREEN WITH NO BRIGHTNESS IN THEM SO I CAN SEE THE ICONS AND THE HOLETHING IS WORKING BUT YOU CAN BEARLY SEE IT. THANKS
Call or write to Posiflex. This is a design/production problem. Ask for a replacement

Your LCD probably has a bad bulb...if it does not get brighter within an hour of being on...I would suggest you buy a refurbished orused terminal..or new one.
