Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I have a razr v3, and I also have the motorola phone tools program. I can create a ringtone, and transfer it to my phone, and it shows that the phone has received the ringtone, but I don't see it where the normal ringtones are stored. I have tried to upload the ringtone via sending it on a bluetooth link, and it shows my phone recieving the file, but once the file is at 100%, it says the file is corrupt. I have tried sending the ringtone via text messaging (using another cellphone) to my phone, and when I use the option to store the ringtone, it acts as though it's storing it, but then disappears...what can I do? I've never had this problem before.
No help needed...after taking it to a tech center - and they said it was a phone issue which couldn't be fixed ( guess they were new hires from flipping burgers? ) I simply did a master clear...phone works fine and I can upload & store my ringtones w/o any issues.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
