Usually a little screw driver that you use on glasses is ok to use or
a small screw driver that size. that's what I use on my serger.

flat side of needle is away from you when entering the needle holder then tighten (be sure machine is facing you and flat side of needle is on the opposite side)

Thank you for your assistance because you made me realize that I had to go get the answer myself if I wanted to get anything done yesterday. Waiting for 24 hours was just too long for me.
