when u tried safe mode did it go blank.....its starting to sound like your video card might have a problem if the computer is new or less than 2years old there is a good chance its still under manufacture warrenty and i was wondering if the smart book spent alot of time in your lap, on the bed ...becouse there are vents on the bottom of the computer and if they were not alowed to vent i have seen this problem before...they realy need to set on a hard surface slightly bigger than they are or on a cooling station.

Try resetting the CMOS on the notebook as this should also reset the password. There should be a round cover somewhere on the underside; unscrew this and take the battery out, then hold the power button for at least 15 seconds before reinserting the battery and putting the cover back on.

Try rebooting in safe mode and do a restore if that doesn't work probably going to have to reinstall your OS,,, if it does let you in run scan disk under properties by right clicking on hard drive under my computer. if any of this works make sure your anti virus is up to date

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: I bought a Sylvania SYNET07526 in CVS and

Hello, I think you can plug in an external keyboard in one of the usb ports on the side (not the back ones) One is for an external mouse, and one for a keyboard.
If you have an external keyboard with a usb plug on it, try plugging it in and entering your password that way.
Doesn't everything bought new have warranty of some kind?-It does in the UK anyway.
Kind regards,

Break password

Could you elaborate on your question, Break Password?, have you forgotten your windows password ?, if this is the case then the only real way out of it is to reset your bios, meaning you will have to take out the bios backup battery from inside the smart book.

This configuration is working perfectly using ZT321, Baizhao 8928 and IPhone Clone A380 and probably will work using other China Phones.
If your SIM card is previously activated using other phones specially those phones supported by Globe and Smart, no need to activate your SIM. This is also valid for postpaid users since SIM cards are pre-activated for MMS, GPRS and other services.
But if your SIM is not yet activated or never been used for MMS and GPRS, you need to activate your SIM before you can use MMS and GPRS services.
For Smart SIM, you can use your China Phones to activate MMS and GPRS by simply sending/texting MMS ON / GPRS ON to 333 (I don?t know if this number is still valid). No need to download the configuration for Smart. Just use the configuration I?ve given.
For Globe SIM, this is a little bit harder and need some workaround. I tried to call Globe Customer Service but they cannot activate your SIM manually on their system and the only way to activate it is by downloading the configuration thru text or by asking them to send the configuration. But since China Phones are not yet supported by any Service Provider, what you can do is to active MMS and GPRS using another phone. Monitor until your SIM is activated then transfer your SIM in your China Phone and enjoy surfing and sending MMS.
In another forum, they said you can try using configuration for SE p900. I?ve never tried this but if this really works, well and good for China Phone fanatics.

Turn on, asks for password, computer works for a min & blank scre

If you keep pressing F8 before Windows starts to load it should display a menu, if you choose "safe mode" it may then load into Windows. If you're using WinXP you can try a system restore - click start, all programs, accessories, system tools, system restore. It should display a calendar. Click on any date in bold and restore to that date. It may solve the problem for you. Did you install a new game or anything just before it went wrong?

Dont know what it is

Turn off smart password entry
You can turn off smart password entry to reduce the chance that someone might guess your BlackBerry® device password or smart card
password based on the smart password filter that your device applies to password fields.
1. In the device options, click Security Options.
214
2. Click General Settings.
3. Set the Smart Password Entry field to Disabled.
4. Press the Menu key.
5. Click Save.

For your information .........

If you use two-factor authentication and your BlackBerry® device password or smart card password is numeric, you might be able to use
smart password entry in some password fields. When smart password entry is turned on, your device is designed to remember the format
of a password that you type in a password field. When you type the password again, your device applies a smart password filter to the
password field. If the password is numeric, a 123 indicator appears beside the password field and you do not have to press the Alt key to
type numbers. If the password is alphanumeric, an ABC indicator appears beside the password field.
Smart password entry prerequisites
• Verify that the correct smart card driver and smart card reader driver are installed on your BlackBerry® device.
• Verify that two-factor authentication is turned on
