Is your evap motor running? Is your evap coil covered in ice? Is your condenser clean? You could be low on refrigerant. Is your condensor fan running? Check these then post back.

Kenmore side by side refrigeration running but not getting cold

whats the model number? But if there is no cooling at all is a compressor problem. Now it can be a mechanical problem or just an electrical compressor failure or just a bad relay. Removed the front grill at the bottom of the unit if there is a lot of dust on the condenser must likely the relay is bad is not then compressor may have fail do to a freon leak, high amp to compressor because poor ventilation, or just time

Danby silhouette Minifridge model DAR483BLS. Runs but does not get cold. What's the problem?

Does the compressor actually run or is it just the evaporator fan that you hear running inside the unit? If the compressor is running but never gets cold you have a leak in the system and not much freon left.

Compressor runs but fans dont.

If the compressor is running and pumping with no heat produced, you have lost refrigerant.. Most modern freezers have a controlled fan so the coil can freeze before the fan starts.

Compressor runs but wont cool

Make sure the compressor is running it should be vibrating and get warm after a few minutes. If it is indeed running the smaller tube to the compressor should be getting warm if not it could very well be the compressor has stopped pumping. If the fans are not running they could be controlled from the control board and will come on when the sensors on the evaporator get to a certain temperature. I does sound like the compressor is the problem.

Refrigerator running and not getting cold

you may hear the condensor fan in the rear area and evaporator fan in the freezer compartment, but the compressor is not running due to a bad ptc overload/relay on the compressor body, unplug the unit, then on the left side of the compressor in the lower back side is the ptc, unplug it off the compressor and get a replacement, this is what helps start and operate the compressor

Fridge not getting cold, making clicking sound - Whirlpool EDSFTG

remove the rtc overload off the compressor and shake it,if it rattles thats your culprit, also if when its running and the compressor is quite warm to the touch, its only running on the start windings and isnt actually running right and will overheat and ruin the compressor, replace the rtc its cheaper than a new compressor

The larger pipe on compressor should get cold. The smaller should get warm to very hot depending on ambient conditions. Parts should be available, including a universal relay kit I could hook you up with. First determine if the compressor is running. Let me know. :)

Haier model hslorwnawn refrigerator/freezer neither one gets cold or freezes.

Could be a compressor or refrigerant charge problem. Check to see if the compressor is hot. If so is it running. If not and it is hot the compressor is the problem. If the compressor is cold it is in the power supply to the compressor. That would be the thermostat or defrost timer. If the compressor is running and it is not cooling it could be the refrigerant.
