Question about Pioneer Audio Players & Recorders
Turn it off then turn it on it still keep flashing or showing 9999999 then 11111111 then 222222222 etc.
Lazer is shot end not reading the info on the disc any more,$180 to $280, To repair it.

SOURCE: pioneer cmx 3000 display problem
Hi, there is a fuse blown in the drive unit , it is a 315mA small fuse (that looks like a brown color resistor ) in the -40Volt line .
It is located on the smaller pcb where the cinch plugs are located .
If You are not a technician find one and tell him this info
I just repaired one today with this problem .

If your using burned CDs try burning them at lower speeds lower then 24x like 4x,8x,16x also try different brand disc. It's a common problem with poor quality discs and burn speeds higher then 24x
