SOURCE: Senco SN4 nailer not feeding

ther isn't a spring, it works on air to pull the driver back up. Have you tried oiling the tool as recommended (about 6 drops a day) If not then you have a problem with either o rings that are dried out or worn so they cannot keep the suction required for the tool to operate properly. Might also be a bent driver (doubtful). Go to and type in your model number and they list rebuild kits for this tool. If you need more assistance let me know and if I have helped with your request would you please rate this accordingly.

Grex p635 nailer just stopped working.....leaks air around trigger when pulled.... any suggestions?

You have an "O" ring seal leaking is my guess, take it apart and replace all the seals, any Auto parts store that is full service (not Autozone) will have an assortment of "O" rings so you can match them up. Use Silicone grease when installing the seals.

Grex Headless Pinner P635: Nail keep jamming. Any solutions??

By all reports, this is an excellent pinner.

This is an excellent product. When used it at 90 psi with the 1 3/8" pins there should be no issues with putting pins through shoe molding, corner molding, pinning crown miters, etc.

NOTE: The specially designed nail channel is designed to prevent jamming

However, there is a minor that I've experienced: it is difficult to load a new clip of pins when there are a few still left on the old clip. The spring mechanism pushes the two clips together pretty hard when you close the magazine, and the ends of the clips can get doubled up, jamming the magazine.

I don't know of any fix for this problem, so I recommend that you only refill it when it is completely empty.

If you've never used a pinner before, you should keep in mind that it is NOT going to replace your finish nailer.

I trust that this was helpful.

The Stanley Bostitch stapler will soot a hole inwood but no staple comes out.

Low pressure or worn piston orings will cause missfire due to the piston/driver not returning to top of cylinder and not allowing pins to move into position. Easy test. Remove airline and push driver blade all the way to top with thin metal or plastic. Test fire. If ok and pressure to gun aprox 100psi, install rebuild/oring kit. If driver was already at top position and the next pin is not aligned with path of driver, check rails and pusher for debris or obstruction preventing pins from moving into position.

Brad nailer pin won't retract all the way back after firing tried oil and took apart and cleaned

Make sure that you use a water soluable oil made for air tools--never engine oil. Make sure that a piece of brad has not been lodged behind the nailer pin or that the head of the nailer pin is not 'mushroomed'. Check the condition of the 'return' spring that it is not crushed, warped, or broken. Check the condition of the piston 'O' ring.

Pin to drive nails does not return afteer first nail bostich nail gun n89c_1

the piston that drives the nail is commonly known as a single acting spring return meaning air pushes the piston and the drive pin down driving the nail in and a spring is supossed to push the piston and pin back up to load the next nail the springs are not usaly very strong so lubrication could be the problem as well try using some "air tool oil " available anyplace airtools are sold do not use wd-40 or engine oil while these may offer temporary help they will come back to haunt you if a good oil doesn,t sole your problem then its "spring time" although they have lots of safeties built in when working with a problomatic nail gun please be careful high presure air risk of injection fast moving projectile again risk of injection Good Luck

Firing Pin doesn't return

The piston is returned to its firing position by air from the trigger valve after the piston has fired. It relys on the piston sealing against the bumper at the bottom of its stroke, if the bumper was damaged when the driver shattered or it was put in upside down the piston will not return. Also the piston uses air fed into the return chamber from the little holes in the cylinder, if the seal over these holes is damaged the piston may not return. Basically change the bumper and the check seal on the cylinder.
