Open the Hotmail website. Go to https://www.hotmail.com/ in your computer's web browser. Since Hotmail has been merged with Microsoft Outlook, this will redirect you to the Microsoft Outlook login page.
If doing this opens your Outlook inbox, you're already logged into your account.
If your inbox opens to a different person's account, sign out by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and then clicking Sign out in the resulting drop-down menu.
Click Sign in. It's in the middle of the page. Enter your Hotmail email address. In the "Email, phone, or Skype" text box, type in the email address that you use for your Hotmail account.
If you haven't logged into your Hotmail account in over 270 days (or within 10 days of creating the account), it will be deleted and you'll need to make a new account.[1]
Click Next. It's below the text box. Enter your password. Type your account's password into the "Password" text box.
If you don't know your password, you'll need to reset your password before proceeding.
Click Sign in. This is below the "Password" text box. As long as your account's login information is correct, this will open your inbox.
Access the Hotmail website and enter your user name and password to sign in to your Hotmail account. Click on the "Options" menu, and then select "More Options."
Click on the "Account details (password, aliases, time zone)" link under the "Managing your account" section of the Hotmail Options page.
Click "Change" next to the "Password" field on the Hotmail "Account overview" screen to change your password. Type your current password into the "Old password" text field.
Create a new password and type it into the "New password" and "Retype new password" text fields.
Hotmail passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least six characters.
According to the Microsoft Online Safety website, strong passwords are at least 14 characters long, consisting of numbers and letters, punctuation marks and symbols.
Sounds like your Hotmail account may have been hacked and/or a keylogger software may be intercepting your keystrokes.I would change the account or stop using it.
2 possible and easy solutions to this problem.
1. If you need to keep the formatting, including the e-mail headers and other information, look for a Printer Friendly sign or an icon of a printer in the e-mail program itself. If your e-mail program doesn't have this (and it really should), consider opening another e-mail account with a well-known e-mail provider, google, hotmail, yahoo, etc. and send it to the new account and print it from there.
2. If you only want to print the text: click and drag on the page to select the text or click on the page and use ctrl-a to select all the text. Then cut or copy (right-click the selected text and select cut or copy) the text into a word editor such as Microsoft Word, Lotus, Notepad or the like and print it from there.
Good Luck!
