Question about Coby MP-C582 MP3 Player
I erased all the files in my mp c582 to copy new music, but it says that I don't have space, I can't even copy my old songs back. I tried to reset it and it still won't let me copy files

Formatting the player should solve your problem. To format, follow the steps below.
Connect the unit to your computer via the USB port.
Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop, or, click your start button and choose My computer from the right side of the start menu.
Right-click the icon for the Coby player.
Choose Format from the menu that appears, and choose quick format after that.
You'll see a warning that formatting will erase all data on the drive. Click OK.
If you format the player and still cannot copy and paste any music into it, unfortunately the unit needs to be replaced. The unit can not be fixed or repaired if it's defective. The warranty is 90 days for the date of purchase. You will need the receipt to receive a warranty replacement.
