NOTE: The safe needs to be upright and right side up or the locking mechanism
To open an electronic safe the first time, press the following numbers/letters on the
electronic keypad –159B. (These numbers are preset. You should change the code as soon
as possible after opening the safe to insure proper security). After you have entered the
factory set code, you will need to turn the knob on the faceplate to open the door. You will
have 5 seconds to turn the knob before the locking mechanism is reactivated.
ENTERING YOUR SECURITY CODE
To enter your own security code you will need to follow the steps listed below:
1. After opening the electronic safe (with the pre -set factory code of 159B) locate the
small red button on the inside of the door near the hinge.
2. Press the red button and then release it, you will hear a beep.
DO NOT SHUT THE DOOR UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT YOUR NEW
SECURITY CODE HAS BEEN ENTERED CORRECTLY.
3. With the door open, enter your own personal security code, which can be 3- 8 digits
long, and confirm your new code by pressing the letter “B” on the electronic touch pad.
Before you close the door, try the new security code to make sure the lock release the
knob so you can turn it and retract the live action locking bolts.
If you can not get this open more then likely you will have to cut it open.. One last thing to try is to email safewell firstname.lastname@example.org

SOURCE: Hi there, I recently purchased a
The keyhole for the emergency key is likely located under the plastic label to the right of the knob. You will need to insert the key, turn it, and then turn the knob to withdraw the pins and the door should then open.
There are a few version of this safe that are floating about, they were made for several different companies. The exact version that you have is unknown, but the key hole is likely hidden behind a label, or could be under the knob itself (although unlikely since you have to be able to turn the knob while the key is turned as well).
