It could be the power adapter but you'll need to verify that the wall outlet or power strip you have it plugged into actually has power. If it's a power strip make sure that it is turned on and has power and also plug the adapter into a different outlet on the strip as individual outlets can go bad or have a bad connection.
Brent, valves don't need to be reseated unless they are worn, that will vary by mileage and use or abuse of the machine. I strongly suggest the purchase of a compression guage and start a log book, check compression of each cylinder at least every six months. Track the values in a log book, do it both 'dry' nothing injected into the cylinder and 'wet' a small squirt of light oil in the hole prior to attaching the guage. Do this with all plugs removed to prevent the engine from starting. Also while your in to the motor checking valve clearance will indicate wear over time. Depends on the make and model on how to adjust that clearance if at all.
You’re going to love your WD 750! The way WD set up your drive is like a spare hard drive. To access it you will click on My Computer, and you'll see your C:\\(local Drive) and your WD 750 might be called X:\\(My Book) . (X = new letter of drive possible E: or F: and so on) All you have to do is click on that My Book drive and you have one very large folder to start copying and pasting into. It's just that simple. A good plan for navigating to it on a continuous method is, when your are at the My Computer screen that shows you both your C:\\ drive and your X:\\ drive right click the X:\\ drive and mouse over Create a Shortcut. Once the system creates the shortcut you receive a message that it can't create a shortcut in that area, but it can create one and send it to your desktop. You want to click on yes, and when you go back to your desktop, you'll find a easy icon that you can click to access that drive with a few clicks.
START - MY COMPUTER It should now be listed
Open drive. copy file desiring to save, paste into drive.
another method :
working on file. Save as (change drive name to ethe new installed drive.
The capacity you are seeing is alcuatlly measured in a binary (base 2) system rather than the simplistic base 10 system of 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. In binary measurement, 1 GB = 1,073,724,841 bytes. Thus, 750 GB in base 10 = 698.47 GB in base 2. You are likely getting the full capacity from your drive, but it is simply being looked at on a different scale.
