1991 ford tempo ran fine went to store it started fine and then just died

Likely a gas or spark problem. Spray starting fluid into the air intake while cranking it. If it then runs for a few seconds, it's a fuel problem-maybe the fuel pump, filter, or injector circuit. Check if gas is getting up to the engine.
Buy an inexpensive "spark tester" at a parts store, and check for spark- if no spark, the ignition circuit will need diagnosed- could be the ignition coil, maybe the electronic ignition module-several possibi9lities. Let me know what you find, or if other questions..

Heater is not heating

sounds like your coolant level is very low. Go to youe parts store and get the right kind for your car and add into the over flow tank and in the radiator cap if you have one. If you need help with that the [parts store should help also.

I need to know what kind of pulley in need to by pass my compresor clutch

If you call you local parts store they will be able to tell you what part you need and how much it will cost. You could also reference the online parts stores. Every major parts store has one. NAPA shows part number BK 6601822. You will need to call the store for pricing. Another alternative is to get a compressor from a u-pull salvage yard. The last one I picked up for my Saturn set me back 20 bucks three years ago and is still working just fine.

Hi got 07 touran wen i put foot down it goes in to limp mode turn it off and back on and its fine again

You will first have to scan the computer to see what codes are stored. the computer is always checking the systems and whentheres a problem the computer stores a code defining what part is failing or system that failing most of the time the check eng light is turned on, start with the scanning, most auto part stores will scan it for free and give you a list of the stored codes. hope this helps.

My car starts fine but has an awful strong smell of petrol and after a few 100 yards dies out when i take my foot off the throttle i have had a diagnstic test done and it showed up cold start sensor...

Yeah, clean the Maf sensor. It's in a metal sectin of the intake ducting. Use only CRC electrical spray and wash it offf thoroughly. Do not rub or brush the sensor, it is very fragile and twice asexpensive. Do not use compressed air or try to remove the sensor from the duct. Good Luck. let me know if this helped you. please.
