Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Go to network settings in the system tab of your dashboard, then first set all to automatic and try if it works then if it shouldnt take a look at the setting gateway and write down the IP, it should be something like 192.168.1.1 or so, then manually edit the DNS servers in the network configuration and add the gateways IP as primary DNS.
Retry if it works if it shouldnt you will have to get the direct addresses of the DNS servers of your provider to get these click on your start menu button in Windows then look for "Run..." and enter the command cmd and hit enter.
A command line should pop up enter the commain ipconfig /all in it that will list the DNS servers set these up for the xbox as well and retry again.
If it should still not work then something else must be wrong with your connection setup like your router blocking your xbox because you didnt allow it to connect to the internet or so, there are various reasons.
I hope this helps.
