Question about ColorVision Spyder 3 Elite Full Version for PC, Mac
Hi I have a Dell Inspiron One 2320 touchscreen and was previously using windows 7 and my Spyder 3 Elite worked perfectly. However I have just upgraded to windows 8 and now the spyder does not recognise the monitor. It just tells me to update the video card driver but I have the most up to date driver already. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc but nothing seems to work. Datacolor support have been no help whatsoever and will not confirm whether or not their new software version 4.0.2 is windows 8 compatable. Any suggestions please? Damian
