Yep it sounds like another electronics panel has failed.
We never had this much trouble in the old days with the old electric timer machines.

not familliar with that exact model number ( we dont have that over here in the US) we have simalair f&p gwl10- gwl11) that problem sounds as if either the pump is bad and overheating before pumping all the water or a diverter valve is not fully closing allowing water to remain in tub.

Unplug the machine have someone tilt the machine back and look under the machine for a little fan on a motor give it a turn to see if it spins it might just be sticky or it may need replacing.

SOURCE: starts and stops
Fisher & Paykel GW708\r\nWashing machine stops and starts filling then starts beeping and the long wash light 1 and the 7th light are lit up. If I turn off the power I can restart and eventually fill machine but it will error again when it needs to fill up again.
