I have the same problem, except, I set this computer up last week and it was working with no problems. It was also working this morning and now, the Keyboard will not connect but the mouse is still working.

I opened up the Logitech Mouse and Keyboard Settings, turned my keyboard off, changed out the batteries and turned it back on. It then detected the Keyboard and asked for a password, I entered in the password, it said it was rebooting it and asked for another password which I entered (both passwords were given to me in the Settings). Now it is working just fine! Not sure if you have tried this but it might work for you.

Labtech ps2 wireless desktop

Usually, the connect procedure for Labtec is, that you press the small connect button on the receiver, (which on some models, then starts blinking).. Next, you press the connect button, on the bottom of either the mouse, or keyboard.. then repeat this, for the remaining unit.

Note: You might have to connect the PS2 receiver BEFORE starting the PC, and also might have to install the drivers, to get the multimedia-keys to work ! Good luck!

Keyboard will not work, have put new batteries in , it will not synch with the reciever

Hello lapsteelkid
Check at the back of the keyboard if the batteries are correctly inserted ( and not back to front ) .
Check if you have pressed the connection button on the keyboard AND on the mouse .
Also check the mouse battery or batteries and it's connect button .
Ccheck if there isn't a connection button on the receiver .
Check the USB connection on your pc .
If it still doesn't work , one of the components is defective .

Getting wireless keyboard working

Normal 0 Assuming that you have good batteries installed, turn the Keyboard over and locate the small reset/connect button on the back of the keyboard and press it. Then try to see if it is working. If not try pressing the button on the receiver and then on the keyboard.
Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps. Bud

Logitech keyboard quit working

hi,

almost every wireless keyboard / mouse has a connect button somewhere. its located on the bottom or on the side. what you need to do is to press and hold on the connect button to synch the device with the transmitter connected to the computer. if the transmitter on the computer has a connect button you might need to press them both at the same time. do the same if the wireless mouse stops working.
