1) check cables, and the input cable to your PC.
2) Check for right voltage, may be somethings is chargind a lot**
3) Power regulator on the Speakers is damage.
4) RMS your Spks, for replace. or warranty.
5) try in another computer. ( if apply)

Actually I have the same problem, need the 1.1A 15VAC power adapter.
Does anyone have the spec on the power connector?
You can pickup an adapter in freecycle, CL or local thrift store for next to nothing. IF you have a connector, just solder splice or connect to the adapter cable wires, no polarity need be observed since its AC.
