Take out 5 HEX head screws and one black screw from jack pack cover. the pedestal will slide out from bottom. You do not need to remove jack pack cover as it is part of entire back panel.

You will have to send them an email on there website here's a link to the contact us page
Tell them you need to buy a replacement stand and give them the model number of the TV. They will reply with an amount and payment methods. Ive done this before for replacement remotes and monitor stands. Good luck and have a good day, Dantechcom.

Sounds like stand has been installed wrong an maybe miss aligned, and screws may be loose! Try removing and start over, or call installer back.

Tips for a great answer:
1) Carefully lay the front of the unit face down on a flat, cushioned surface such as a quilt or blanket. Leave the stand protruding over the edge of the surface.
Extreme care should always be used when removing the pedestal stand to avoid damage to the LCD panel.
2) Remove the jack pack cover on the back of the TV to expose the pedestal stand screws. The jack pack cover can be removed without tools.
3) Remove the five screws shown in the diagram below. This will allow removal of the pedestal stand.
4) Once you have removed all five screws holding the pedestal stand in place, remove the pedestal stand from the TV by sliding the pedestal stand a way from the TV (Remorve 5, 4mm or 5/32" Allen Bolts from back of TV.)
