Question about GE EGR3000 Gas Kitchen Range
My Hotpoint oven will not get hot. The igniter element does not come on.
You have to check voltage at ignitor while thermostat on/if 110 volts you need new ignitor.if no power will trace back to next componet.i think one side would be thermostat other netural?

Tips for a great answer:
The ignitor is not working right and is going bad....
have the repair man replace the ignitor, or DIY....
