a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Fn F4 Not working
try ur on screen keyboard.
start,al programs,accessories,accessability,on screen keyboard.
if any keyboard buttons are broke u can still use the functions with the on screen keyboard.
on one of my laptops the enter and del keys dont work so I use the on screen keyboard when I need the function of those keys.

try checking the ribbon for the keyboard. there should be plenty of service manuals for removing the keyboard. usualy its screws on the bottom that look like the standard keyboard symbol. if that doesnt work you most likely need to replace the keyboard. they can be found on ebay pretty inexpensive

hmmm, f4 + function key should do the trick, you might have to press several times to scroll through modes. If that does do the trick, see if you can view bios with external connected on boot.
