Panasonic handsets are sporadically operational on new phone.
Panasonic 6.0 3 handset cordless phone: KX-TG9333T. Only had it since Christmas day and already handsets are either not ringing or are not able to be turned on. Batteries are charged. AC adapter has been unplugged and plugged back in twice. I've read other testimonials and this seems to be an issue with this phone. Handset may work right out of the charger but then begins to fail. We've swapped handsts around and it seems to happen no matter which handset. Do you think it's the multiple handsets or the 6.0 technology? We had a previous Panasonic 2.4 gHz for years with 2 handsets and no issues at all. Is there something that can be done or should we return it? Incidentally, no static at all. Thanks for your time!

It could be the issue that the device can be faulty or some connecting between the two may be got loose so this problem.as the device is new i will suggest you to get it replaced as its under warranty.

Same issue here. Have you checked the battery? I found out that on mine the battery was leaking and corroding the contacts. Need to call Panasonic to find out if they can do something (about 5 month old phone)
press function button on handset, scroll to initial setting, select by pressing right arrow, scroll to registration, select, select hs registration, follow directions on handset display, pressing mute on "new" base station, and ok on handset(plugged in). If you like, you can unregister with the "old" base unit first.
