Any user manual/documentation for an oil-filled heater, Italian, name on nameplate Omas? Today I purchased a used one.

luckily most
caster wheels can be interchanged or retro fitted to any oil heater

take one of the castors with you
just takes time to find 4 that will suit your heaters fitment
big hardware stores or a known caster wheel seller ,ebay

heater oil is heater oil so that can be sourced easily

a few older style Omas oil heaters for sale in New Zealand
newer models from amazon
cant find its user manual online
or a parts supplier that will carry Omas parts

Does not heat up. Is there a way of opening the radiator?

Oil heaters produce no fumes or flames and feature whisper-quiet operation. Because the oil within the heater never needs to be replaced, oil-filled heaters are maintenance-free. In addition, these types of heaters are compact and portable - allowing you to carry them from room to room. Many also feature carrying handles or a set of casters for easy mobility
some of these types of heaters have a hole with a plug, that allow you to add oil, but few of these are in use today. so this being said it is most likely the heating element is failing to fully heat up the oil. parts may be found, if researched in detail on the net

also be known that the electrical componets are most likely to fail befor the oil evaporates. so look at all overheating controls and so on.

good luck,

Where will I find replacement wheels for this heater?

Contact them here:

Kaz, Incorporated • Consumer Relations Department

250 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA 01772
Toll Free: 1-800-477-0457 • E-mail: consumerrelations@kaz.com

And see if they even offer replacement parts for the Kaz - Honeywell Model HZ-690.

I do not know of any other source except a trial and error CASTER hunt at the local LOWES, MENARDS, or HOME DEPOT
