did you just find this in a garage sale? (stories help)
i can pick up camera from android or laptop
my guess this line above means will my PC, can it see these
non IP web cams on wifi, answer NO it is not wifi. at all
it is old junk cameras with custom RF comms, like cheap baby monitors used, for years.
just have cam that it, all the other parts missing.

I see it's this low end older turn key CCTV like system?
wireless (RF) 8 years old it is.
3+ pieces new in a box, 2 cams and this dedicated screen box.
I uses a non standard wireless RF network. (not wifi)

Maybe the camera is fubar? Or maybe the camera is not compatible with Win 7.

Turn on both the camera and monitor. Press the power button on the front of the monitor to access the camera selection menu. Make sure your unit is set to "cam 1". This should fix the problem.

They would need to be on different TCP or UDP port numbers ... in order to access them from the Internet. I'm guestimating that on the LAN you can access all of them because they are on different RFC1918 IP Addresses (e.g. 192.168.1.10, 20, 30) but same port number (e.g. port 80 for web.)

Once you hop through NAT to get to the Internet you now only have one IP Address. The real Internet IP Address. So now you have to have different port numbers for 2 or more cameras. For example use:

#1 port 80
#2 port 8080
#3 port 8081
#4 port 8082

How about that?

And you will have to forward each of those ports to the correct ip address for the correct camera.

Web Camera’s have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.
A. Skype Setup:
After downloading and installing Skype (http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/download/skype/windows/beta/downloading/) set it up as follows:

1. Go to Tools, then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
2. Then click on the Video Settings.
3. The camera if Installed Properly will come up and show a video picture.
4. Then, on the bottom of the page click on Save.

The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now be able to see and her to you.
B. Yahoo Setup:
After downloading and installing Yahoo Messenger (http://www.soft32.com/download_30.html ) set it up as follows:

1. Go to Messenger at the top left and click on it.
2. Next go down to Preferences and click on it.
3. Next Calling and Devices on the right and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
4. Next go to the Test Audio section and (in blue writing) click on “Open the call setup assistant” and follow the instructions on the left window.
