The lens on the projector is dirty, or on the reflector surface. Refer to the manual for cleaning instructions.

Panasonic didn't release a 61" LC13, are you sure that you dont have a PT-61LCX65, 35 or 15. If your model ends with a 5, call 1-800-211-PANA (7262) to schedule service, they have a fix fuzzy the fuzzy colored spots they are covering under warranty.

rowdie1 is correct. You just need to call panasonic (number on website). Have your model and serial number handy. You have to go through several holds but you will eventually get scheduled for a service call with local authorized dealer. Tech takes the back cover off and plugs in a eprom reader/writer. Turns on TV. I sit and watch the dot go away after about 4 minutes. He lets it run for about two more minutes then all done. On service ticket is says "installed corrections". And best of all, no charge!

Panasonic pt-61lcx65 green spot

This may be a main board issue if the green spot moves. This is repairable. This may be a panel issue if it does not move and it is present on the panasonic splash screen and if it affects the osd menu.

Green spot / glow in center left side of Panasonic PT-61LCX65 LCD Projection HDTV

This unit has a chonic issue with corruption in the eeprom that causes spots and shadows. The correction is to find some service center that has the jig to hook up to your unit and correct the eeprom. This is an extended warranty issue with Panasonic and if you contact them they should be able to refer you a qualifed service center and Panasonic will pay.

Color spots on 61" LCD Panasonic rear projection tv

had the same problem on my 52" LCD rear-projection Panasonic,
contacted Panasonic support (number is on their website) and after
several transferred calls, they set up a service call with an area
service rep, who callled the house that evening to confirm appointment.
He came to the house, removed the set back cover, and installed an
EEPROM upgrade, problem is fixed and was told problem will not re-occur.
No cost due to Panasonic extending the warranty to fix known issue with
sets. (Mine was over 3 years old).
