H95, H97, H98 or H99 mean that there's a problem with your inverter, magnetron, or digital programming circuit.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer.

Panasonic genius 1100w inverter microwave stops after 23secs.

If it stops after 22 seconds, that means the controller has detected a problem, usually a problem with the inverter, controller, magnetron, or a bad connection from one or the other.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced in inverters, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

New microvave never used and don't have directions how to work --model # nn-S566Wa. plug in and it states to read instructions before use...what can I do about it...

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly. Go to this link: http://www.hammerwall.com/Manuals/PanaSonic/20-4/Lookup/Microwave/67/

and then type in NNS556WA in the search window and it will give you a list of 1100W Microwaves. Find your model number and click on "here." That will bring up a prieview of the manual. Click on the manual or Manual location and enter the captcha. After that were it says view manual Rt click and save as. It is free just tedious to get to the manual. There are E-bay links for the manuals. DO NOT use them. The manual is free. The file is 1.76 MB. The manual is NNS766.pdf and includes your model number. Do not use any other links except for the hammerwall.com one. They all lead to no where or multiple links and no manual.

If you still have problems getting the manual just respond here and I will look for another source. The one provided worked fine for me.

To use the microwave mush stop/reset then press clock..... set the time and press clock again.
You can use it without setting the lock by pressing stop reset and then setting your cooking time then start.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

New Microwave not working

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If it's still not working, you'll need to contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer.

In most cases, this is a problem with the inverter but it may be a bad magnetron.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer. You can find one here:
