I am not sure how to download music to my sonsa mp3 clip. I have the CDs?

Connect the Clip to your PC using its cable.

Windows should ask you what you want to do with the new device. Select "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer". Then drill down through Sansa and Music. Just use drag-and-drop to copy files into the Music folder like you would to copy them to any other Windows folder.

My sonsa 230 mp3 player wont reconize my music stored in i tunes


If they are the correct format, in other words, MP3 versus AM4 or MA4, it "might" be either licensing issue, or one of the settings on the player, or on your I tunes account. Make sure the tunes are downloadable and that feature is enabled on itunes, and then check the settings on the player or the handler program- if you are using Windows Media player as the handler program set the license requirements to "off".

Otherwise if you can "drag and drop" to your computer, download to your computer first, then transfer them.

ghost files are very difficult to get back you may want to try looking for a recovery guide on the official sonsa website but thier probably gone for good
