SOURCE: Hooking the monitor/computer to cable

Sounds like an inverter problem. If the power supply is internal replace the capacitors coming out of the voltage regulators. These are usually 1000mf and/or 470mf. If that doesn't do the trick look up the numbers on the 8-pin chips that drive the secondary transformers on the inverter to see if they are getting the right voltages.
Good Luck!

SOURCE: i have a samsung 17''

The message says that the monitor doesn't receives signal - which is normal. Since the problem appears only after you plug in the cable in means that the problem is located there - something is wrong with your pc, most likely the video card has died.

WHAT DELL e176FPf ERROR START WITH A TEST COLOR?

Dear Anonymous,
This seems to be normal. When a monitor is not connected to a VGA or other source, it goes to test mode in some configuration. But if you can find the menu, setting or configuration button, there is a way to configure not to go to test mode. On my monitor there are only 4 buttons. But they are labled Menu, <>, Return.
The configuration for the modes is under monitor setting. This could vary from monitor to monitor. You should explore your equipment with a little help of noting down your way. The way I do is a notepad and pencil. I note down my action and follow back my steps if my requirement is not met or I did something very wrong.
Best of luck and let me know us know your results. This could help others with there troubles :).
Regards

Today I received a faulty Monitor Dell E773c, the problem is that the Monitor get On and the power LED is Green and after remove VGA Cable from CPU it get Orange, But no Display (The Screen is Blank)

To get monitor work for you, you should connect the VGA cable to CPU. When you remove the VGA cable, monitor has got nothing to display so it goes in stand by mode with orange LED on.

Dell monitor power on and power light goes on and off

First place to look will be the power supply caps, look for caps with bulging top, post back what you see inside so we can guide you further, see example of failed monitors due to bad caps: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums

Problem w/Dell E176FPf monitor stuck in power save mode

Ok if it the monitor works fine on another unit discount it out of the equation as a monitor problem.
I would suspect the driver on the PC that delivers the problem, especially the video card.
. Check that the cable is also on tightly. remove it and even clean the pins and replug it .the plug on that PC may be dirty

You May need to replace the video card as the communication to the monitor is intermittent and that is why you get the amber light.
Open the box with power off. clean the card if it has a lot of dust on it ( most do and its always a shock) wipe it over ( BOTH SIDES) and then try to start it up as usual with the monitor connected to see if that fixed it ( sometimes works) if not get another card and replace it. Best I can offer without being there to help on the spot.
A new card should allow you access to install and configure it and these days they are pretty cheap to buy

Dell 410XPs + Dell 3007WFP monitor issues

Vinod,
That's quite strange as during system startup you should see the Dell POST logo as at that point the card is only running at VGA, and the monitor will support display at this resolution. If you connect with a normal single DVI cable the monitor should display at 1280x800 also.
Have you tried this? Also have you had this monitor working on another computer at all? What happens if you power up the 3007 with no video cable connected? It should cycle through the pixel test screens. If you are not getting that, and you are not getting the pre POST logo during powerup i suspect that it is a screen failure.

The inverter power logic is probably going bad. You can get it here as well as look at instructional videos on DELL monitors.
