Question about HP DeskJet 3650 InkJet Printer

In the printer default screen we somehow clicked the wrong language and it is french...can you help us get it back to english?

    May i know what u mean by "printer default screen"?
    Is your computer is in french language mode??

    Could pls explain the issue??

Normal 0 You have to reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. During installation you will be asked what language and then select ENGLISH. Then follow the instructions.
But first do this.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

On screen instructions not in english


reinstall the drivers and software for the printer, and specify english as the default language, or use an online translating software to translate the words, so you can go through the settings and find the language setting, and then specify english.

Changing the Control Panel Display Language

The default control panel display language is set for English.
Supported languages are: English, French, German, Italian,
Spanish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Turkish,
Polish, and Portuguese. Follow these instructions to change the
display language.

1 Switch OFF the printer.
2 Press and hold Select while switching the printer ON until
SELECT LANGUAGE appears in the display.
3 After the power-on self test, LANG=ENGLISH appears. Press
[Value+/-] until the desired language appears in the display.
4 Press [Select] to save your choice. An asterisk (*)appears next
to the language to indicate it is now the default.
5 Press [Go]. The On Line indicator is lit, and display messages
are now in the language you selected.

To change the language on the LCD screen of the X125 printer, please follow the steps given below:
1. With the printer power on, press the "Setup" button.
2. Then press the "Menu" button until "Set Language" shows on the screen.
3. Press the "Options" button until you see "English."

X5470 Language is wrong, I want to reset to dafault english

If you are unable to understand the current language, as to navigate through the menus, it refers you to Page 24 to Reset the printer to Factory Defaults which should be English.

You can save a copy of this file to your computer for future reference.

How do I change the language on my printer from


Please follow the steps given below:

1. On the Operating Panel press Options (13 times) until LANGUAGE appears on the LCD screen.
2. Press the right arrow to scroll through the list of languages.
3. Press Select when the correct language is displayed on the LCD screen. This is now your default language.
4. When you power on and off your Lexmark X6100 Series, the default language is the one which remains.
The languages available and supported are the following:
English
French
German
Spanish
Italian
Dutch
Brazilian - Portuguese
Polish
Russian (PYCCKHH)
Greek (E^^HNIK^A)

Changing language dell 922 printer


To change the language on the Dell 922's display, turn on the printer, then press and hold the Power and Cancel buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds. The language choices will then scroll across the LCD press the up or down arrow key till english appears, then click Menu.
