1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.
•The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears
•Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds.

As in shes put a password on screen? Otherwise if your screen is just frozen?" try holding onto top right button for a few seconds and turn it off..
Plug into PC and open iTunes
Hold top right then middle button and it will enter recovery mode, shouldn't delete anything otherwise just re add through iTunes

This is a program or software issue or some components could have gone bad. But you need to try to do basic steps first. Try to power cycle the phone. Remove the battery while the phone is turned ON. Leave the battery out for 5 minutes, then put it back in and turn ON the phone.

If same problem occur, send the phone to your wireless provider or to the manufacturer and have them fix it for you.

once u see the 4 icons on phone load up let go than turn off and on make sure sim is oout while doin this! This Will Work And Would Cost To Give You The Information From This But This Ones Free :D Its A Company Secret Shh.Seriously Dnt Tell No One Lol This Ones On Me Yes Encountered The Same Problem But i Got Tou Guys Because i CAnt Live Without My Phone Neither xD Your Welcome And Enjoy!
