Question about Acer Aspire T160-US321H (AST160-U-S321H) PC Desktop
This is following me stupidly unplugging everything from th motherboard; the power button is reconnected, as is the HDD to the serial port of the motherboard, but there is the card reader wire and 2 white wires that i do not know the placements of.
You should try to locate a manual for that system and see about re-routing the wires. If you are wired correctly you should be able to boot. if not, you may have damaged the board.

It is not the monitor that is your problem. Your monitor is fine, it is a software problem with your CPU/Computer. You need to put your operating cd in the cd tray, boot computer in this order...cd rom first, then hard drive, etc. Your operating sysytem is corupt/missing some files, it won't boot up thru the hard drive, because it can't, it need to boot from the cd, where the files are that it needs.

This problem is related to incompatibility between RAM memory. For that make sure all RAM has same frequency and same company. Always different frequency of RAM creates this problem. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.
