Question about Washing Machines
A common problem for the f1 code is only a bad connection on the motor position sensor. Tip the washer up and remove the motor magnetic field only one bolt, allen wrench, 4 more 9mm bolts and the motor armature will come out be careful not to let it fall to the floor. You will see a small circuit board with a half dozen or so brown wires going to it, remove the connector and clean the contacts, use a q tip with alcohol. This type of connector loses a good contact over time from vibrations causing low voltage.
