SOURCE: Freezing Samsung Z500
i have a better solution that requires ** cables ** downloading ** bull...
You might need 2 people to do this
- The aim is to let the phone start up and as soon as you can see your wallpaper push out your sim card!...
- so let the top of the battery connect with the phone and keep the back up off the phone, turn the phone on
-when the phone starts up (a bit before it freezes) get some1 to push the sim card out, dont let go of the battery!
- the phone should still be on and working, push the battery and lock it in position without the phone dying.
-your phone should work perfectly ** freezing, NOW GO TO SETTINGS IN THE MENUE AND PLAY AROUND CHANGE EVErYTHINZ!!!
- turn phone off propperly and insert your sim card it should work perfectly, you can change your setting back **w of course
this better work for you too!

Did you insert the memory card in the right direction? Well, I would suggest you to try to reformat your memory card then insert it on your phone. Next time try to use the USB cable tp connect it to your pc.

Hello Guys. I have the same problem and I found out the solution. The problem is a faulty contact from the touchscreen leading to the phone board. To be short: on the right side of the phone were the volume buttons are, under the touchscreen is the screen's contact. Try "detaching the screens face a little from the phone body exactly at the volume down button(using ur fingernail or something) and see if the touchscreen is responding in anyway. My phone has a bad contact there, and in normal mode all is frozen. Now if I try to pull towards me, the touchscreen frame from the rest of the chassis, only a mm SURPRISE!! My touchscreen is working. IF this is your case too...I suggest get a screw-driver and open the chassis, and trying to make the connection permanent, somehow. I haven't done this yet, but will do it today. If anyone is interested I could post the results:) PS: you can send it back to warranty of a repair phone shop, only to force you to buy a new touchscreen and pay for the repairs, on a 99% working phone, with a faulty contact. The choice is yours:)
