Question about Kodak Office Equipment & Supplies
Had new cartridges and as only been used once before
It sounds as if the cyan and/or yellow ink is not flowing freely. I would recommend running head cleaning cycles from your printer/printer software. This is likely to pull through the missing colours or at least improve the situation.
If however the problem remains the issue is likely to be down to a defective cartridge or a dried/partially defective printhead inside the printer.

Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
