Disconnect the power supply, remove the battery, then locate and remove the BIOS battery for a minute or so. That should Flash/Reset the BIOS to no password.

SOURCE: forgot bios password
There is typically one way that I know of to reset a bios password. That is to remove and reset the cmos battery. On your laptop I believe the battery is located underneath the keyboard. Pull the top plastic line cover (the one covering the power button) then two screws and pull it off carefully, the ribbon connection will pull out pretty easy but be carefull not to twist it.
Also, I have posted a link here with a cd that you can download a bios fix if your service tag ends with D35B.

IF you can get to the motherboard, there should be a set of jumpers related to the bios. You should be able to pull the Jumper off it's pins, wait a min or two, and then put it back on and that should have reset the bios back to not having a password. That also will reset the bios if you've made any changes in there. You'll need either a schematic of the motherboard (which I'm sure will be VERY hard to find, or you'll need to look the board over at the small printing until you find the set of posts with a jumper on them that's labeled bios.
