I have lost the insruction manuel for the Pandigitial 7" frame and cannot remember how to download directly from a SD memory card. Plus, the pictures I already have on the frame are horrible...colorwise, brightness, etc. I have used the the guide for how to correct this, but the quality is very poor. Help!

I don't think that's a feature of the product. I believe the zoom and panning is a convenience for the immediate viewing of the picture but can't be preserved.

Unshuffling photos

Hi JudyCrab,

I've found I need to plug a separate SD card into the frame and copy my pictures to that to get them to stay sorted chronologically like I want. The internal memory in the frame puts the pictures out of order every time but the SD card has been keeping them sorted fine.

Hope this helped.
