Everytime I opened up firefox and then try to open my email on hotmail, a crash report appears. Please help me

- This is very cool. I had uninstalled FF and reinstalled again and now it works perfectly.

Which version of Firefox? I've had issues with crashes in FF on version 3.0.5. If you're on V3.0.5, uninstall it and install an older version.

Sounds like a bad Firefox install. Try opening the hotmail up with IE. If that works, then uninstall and reinstall Firefox.
