Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

How do I transfer my music ring tones from my laptop to my Palm Pre cellphone

The ringtones have to be in .mp3 format. If they are in .wav they wont work. First, connect your phone to your computer with the usb charging cord that came with the phone. Secondly, a notification should pop up on your device allowing you to select usb mode or just charge. Select usb mode. Then go to my computer on your computer. you should see a directory that says Palm Pre. enter that. Then open up a new explorer window and find where you put your ringtones. Select them all and right click and click copy. Then go to the first window, and right click, then click paste. remove the phone when its done transferring. When you go to sounds and ringtones settings on your phone, you will see when you are selecting a ringtone a little button in the lower left hand corner. Tap it. this will allow you to add files to your ringtones. After you tap them to add them to your ringtones, do a back swipe. Then tap the ringtone you want to use.

How do i receive bluetooth ringtones on my palm

Others haev to pair their phones with yours. then only would you be able to send or receive. What you do is ask your friend to put his BT on as you do yours. Ask him to select a music file and select option send. he will get a choice and should select BT. He will get the list of BT enabled devices and your phone will be listed there. Ask him to select your name. When he does send the file to you you will get a notice asking you that so an so is sending a file to you. should you accept. Accept. And the download will start. Cheers.

I need my ringtones to transfer from my pocket tunes to somewhere

You would need to put Minitones on your device in order for your ringtones to work. It's a program that allows you to place ringtones on your memory card and then load them onto the phone. You can get the program & directions here: http://mytreo.net/downloads/minitones,1053.html

How do i get my ringtones from my sd card set as my ringtones?

I got ringtones from my microSD card on my Pantech Duo to set as ringtones by using another phone. I put my microSD card in another phone and bluetoothed them to my pantech duo. When i had bluetoothed all the ringtones i wanted onto my pantech duo, i removed my microSD card from the other phone and put it back in my pantech duo. Then i went to "Settings" on my pantech duo and then "sounds". The first option is "ringtones" so i used the circle button to select the ringtone i wanted and hit "done".

Music ringtones

You can't play any ringtones aside the ones that come with the phone or with a software you have to buy. I did not find any software that allowed me to play popular music ring tones. You can download one of these softwares from the palm website and try it for free. The ringtones are similar to what the phone already has, not anything that is playing on the radio
