Question about Wacom (PTZ930AC) Graphic Tablet
My tablet was working fine for a good while, until I recently had to reinstall one of the drives on my computer. I'm not sure if that affected my tablets performance, but now the tablet is only responsive in a small area towards the middle, like a small square where I can remove the cover to place a photo. It draws fine in the middle but does not respond when I move it from this square, though the light at the top flashes so show it's connected. I'm not sure what the problem is! Please help! Thanks!
Hopefully, you still have the cd with original drivers for your Wacom tablet. You will need to reinstall them. If not, goto www.wacom.com and find/select your model and download/install them. It is possible that your original drivers were over-written by other drivers. Good luck, hope this helps.
