The set number 9709 actually had two different releases for it. There was the grey coloured Fighter Jet and also the black coloured Black Eagle so I'm not sure which one you have. The first one had 220 pieces whereas the second one had 230.

I am looking for instructions for Battleship 9760 Probuilder.

Nick, that's the wrong "Battleship." Battleship 9760 is a building toy (like Lego) made by Mega Bloks in the Pro-Builder Collector Series. On the company website, they do NOT have the instructions for this particular model. They DO have the instructions for a different Battleship model in the ProBuilder series, but not this older, collector's item. You can call them or submit a request on the website.
