Yes you should be able to with a USB cable. Most later models have either an Ethernet or USB cable port available on the printer.

Why is My HP printer not connecting to Wi-fi?

You sound as though you wish the printer to directly connect to the laptop via wi-fi. This is not usually the case in home networks. Most home networks use a wi-fi router to link all wi-fi components. This is because your laptop is not capable of handling the routing duties itself, nor is the printer (normally). The wi-fi router assigns the IP addresses that the devices use to communicate to the router and each other. That said, IF you ARE using a router, perhaps you are not entering the security code that the router needs to allow the device to attach to the network. If you are NOT using a router, then you still MIGHT be able to use the printer with the laptop if it has a "direct connect" capability. You would need to look at the printer documentation and instructions on how to set it up. Unfortunately, wi-fi isn't as simple as just turning it on an waiting for a connection to take place.

I think there are 6 ways (at least?) to connect this printer:
(1) Direct to Mac (or PC) via USB Cable (2) Direct to Mac (or PC) via Ethernet Crossover Cable(3) Ethernet to router/switch, with Mac/PC also via Ethernet to router/switch(4) Ethernet to router/switch, with Mac/PC via WiFi (802.11 wireless)(5) WiFi to router, with Mac/PC via Ethernet to router/switch(6) WiFi to router, with Mac/PC also via WiFi.
As (1) should be simplest, tried this first. First document would print instantly and completely, next doc would hang in queue with unexpected msg, "Printer is offline." Only way to print 2nd doc was to power cycle (off-on) the printer. This problem occurred whether 2nd doc was sent to printer before or after 1st doc had printed. Tried 2nd USB cable, tried new driver, tried reinstalling printer; same problem. Spoke to both Samsung and Apple support, including both on a conference call; never got this to work and never clarified if problem was in printer hardware/software, driver, or something else. Both companies now showing this issue as unresolved.
Nothwithstanding USB problem, did succeed in modes (4) and (6), although custom wireless config needed since my network does not broadcast SSID and requires an encryption password. Procedure required connecting first via Ethernet, obtaining Configuration Report by holding down orange button for 5 seconds, then using browser to connect to the printer's IP address. Also required different driver for wireless config (as opposed to USB).
Bottom line: What seemed simple - USB direct connect - proved unworkable, but wired and wireless network config works fine.

I need to connect my epson printer wifi to my iphone

You cannot print from a mobile device to a WiFi enabled printer directly. Both the printer and the phone need to be connected to the same WiFi network provided by a wireless router or access point, and then you can access the printer through a network or IP print app on the phone.

I am unable to connect my kodakESP1.2 printer to my network.

Unless it is a WiFi printer you will need it connected directly to your computer. If it is a WiFi (or wireless) printer you will need to connect it to your computer to set it up before you can use it.

Why is my printer not connecting with my pc wirelessly when it says it is connected to my wifi and my pc is also?

Connect it to the router so the computer communicates to the router and the router will serve the printer to the computer via the router instead of the wireless printer being directly connected to it

Update the printer drivers 1st, if that doesn't work you need to contact the manufacturer. You can get the drivers here: http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Drivers/Lexmark-X6690-Driver.shtml

Please leave me a good rating, thanks! :)

Is is a wifi connection? What type of connection do you use? Adhoc or infrastructure(meaning does it pass through the wifi router or direct to the laptop)? You may have to reconfigure your wifi.
