I went to the Element Electronics web site and looked up the requirements. They showed the need for a single AAA battery. It did not indicate that the battery was included in the package. Thanks for your help.
your gonna have to find a website that supports that device...and download the firmware from their site. once you do that you have to plug in your device to the computer and upload the firmware to your mp3player.
Dude, the resolution is too high on any video you've put on it already, I guarantee you. It has to be like... 240x150 or something like that, it said in the user's manual. So... if you don't know anything about resolution, you're farked.
The disc is read only it does nothing but give directions. Go to windows music player on your computer and sync your cds to E which will be your shaker. It can only be mp3 format. ONLY MP3. Convert all your music to this format only using this website:
be patient the site is very busy
Even if your file has been renamed to a mp3 file it will not work until you convert the files.
I have 2 of these and had to do this with all my music. Then after conversion click and drag the songs.
