The drain is stopped up. take the top apart. The drain is in the middle at the back. get a hair dyer to throw the ice and you will see the drain. Do not break the from duct throw the ice. the drain is behind it. Air the the best way to unstop it.

This is not a major repair and also a very common problem. You will need to turn unit off and remove everything from inside the freezer. After this remove the back panel of the freezer and you will see ice built up at the bottom of the coils. You will have to remove all this ice and clear the defrost drain trough and tube. After the ice is removed you will see the defrost drain located about midways. Use a hair dryer to melt this then take a cup of very very very hot water and pour a little in the tube. Let stand for 5 minutes then dry it up real good and repeat. Do this till the drain clears and water flows freely. Then reassemble and you are good to go.

SOURCE: There is water pooling and
JUST FIXED THE SAME PROBLEM. In the refrigerator compartment at the top of the back wall there should be a drain hole. You may have to remove the plastic temp. unit & light. it should be one piece. You could probably let it hang by the electrical wires instead of disconecting, I did and had light to work by. I tried a wire coat hanger to unblock the drain but it wasn't flexable enough. I had some No. 12 Electrical wire, I stripped the plastic coating & used one piece of wire, it was plyable enough to get by any bends in the drain & strong enough to break up any blockage. My frige is just like new.
