Question about IBM ThinkPad G41 Notebook
Remanned laptop for Christmas. Ran well. Now, it will power on, load windows XP. Thats it. Sometimes you may open a program, like control panel, or add/ delete programs, then it freezes. My son ran a Norton antivirus program through it, but if anything it made it worse. I can't even open Norton to find the results of its scan. Nothing will open and run properly.
Thanks for any assistance,
Remove the norton anti-virus and reboot the pc and install the anti-malwarebytes and scan....it will detect more virus..if it detects malware, remove some trojan viruses and restart, your system will run smoothly and install new anti-virus named kaspersky 2009...
