Question about KitchenAid 24 in. KUDS01FLBL Built-in Dishwasher

1 Answer

There is no power to my kudm01tjbt0. Is there a reset button?

A glass shattered inside of dishwasher a week or so prior to the problem. We cleaned all the glass out of the inside and then it worked fine. About a week later, the dishwasher started making a lot of noise... and then no power. The other things on that circuit have power, so please don't ask me if the breaker has be tripped. Plus, I checked already. Is there a reset button?

Hello

Ensure the Frigidaire dishwashing machine is fully connected to a power supply. Shut the dishwasher door firmly and select a wash cycle. Press "Start" to begin. Check that the "delay start" option was not selected.

  • 2 Verify that dishwashing detergent is placed in the dispenser and choose a longer washing cycle for heavily soiled items. Do not overload the dishwasher, as this may prevent proper cleaning.
  • 3 Check the household water pressure, which should be between 20 and 120 PSI (pounds per square inch). A water pressure gauge can be obtained at most home repair stores or hardware stores.
  • 4 Turn on the hot water at the sink closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to raise the water temperature inside the dishwasher. Check the hot water temperature, which should be at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit for proper cleaning.
  • 5 Check the spray arms in the dishwasher and move dishes that may be blocking the water spray or preventing the spray arms from rotating properly.

Really bad sound, pump dry or something

    hi,
if some shuttered/debris **** inside of the pump it stuck on your impeller balde inside pump, its not easy to open pump assembly,
To reach the water pump, remove the sprayer arm and screen and then the pump housing. Remove the bolt, and the pump components can be disassembled.

On some dishwashers, the lower impeller serves as a drain pump. This type of system usually has a reversible motor; machines with nonreversible motors have drain valves, as detailed previously. If your machine possesses this impeller pump system, and the water will not drain from the dishwasher, clean the lower pump impeller. This may solve the problem. Otherwise, call a professional service person.have a nice day rate my solution if your satisfied, thanks

    Loose Oven door handle

Ok you need to use plastic or rubber washers against the glass so it doesn't break. To stop the handle comming loose again you need to put "Lock Tight" on the screw threads then tighten carefully only untill the handle isn't loose. You can get this from any good hardware store. cheers

    Please give feedback

Sorry if you've already tried this (and it doesn't really answer your question)... Have you tried taking a damp paper towel to the bottom of your dishwasher - that trick picks up the really tiny glass particules - or a wet/dry vac?
